Sometimes we find that a combination of these methods is the most effective way to remove pigeons and prevent future nesting. When installed properly these methods will prevent pigeons from nesting and roosting inside of eaves and chimney tops, underneath air conditioning units, and on window ledges or any external ledge or area on the roof that may provide shelter.
Preventative Pigeon Screening

When eliminating pigeon nesting within eaves and underneath A/C units, we have found a 2 x 2 inch galvanized steel screening to be most effective and aesthetically pleasing. The screen can be painted to match the color of any structure and won’t rust. This pigeon control method carries our industry leading lifetime guarantee that pigeons will never re-nest in the treated area(s).
The first step for the Southern Highlands, NV home pictured above is to remove all nesting materials and pigeon feces described in pigeon cleanup.
Step 2 is to make sure the site has an enzymatic disinfectant sprayed on the affected areas.
Step 3 is to install a custom fit screening to prevent pigeons future access inside of the eave.
