Residential Eave Before and After Pigeon Screening

May 13, 2011

At this residential property, Pigeons Be Gone was once again called in to effectively stop birds from nesting. As you can see in the picture, a competitor had installed spikes in an eave where pigeons were nesting. The pigeons, undeterred by the spikes, built a new nest on top of the spikes and continued to make a mess of this roof. In cases like this, we have found pigeon screening to be the most effective measure in eliminating this issue permanently.

A residential eave screen application after ineffective and improperly applied spikes, pigeon droppings and other nesting materials have been removed. All of our screening is done with a heavy gauge steel material, painted to increase obscurity and guaranteed to keep pigeons from nesting within the treated area for the lifetime of the building.
